Sweet solar cooking Recipes:

The yogurt cake with pears (2h):

Ingredients:
For 4 person (s)

- 1 yogurt (keep the jar)
- 2 jars of flour
- 2 jars of sugar
- ½ jar of sunflower oil
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pear, cuted into pieces

Preparation:
1) Put the solar oven to preheat 30 minutes (150 ° C).
2) Place all ingredients in a bowl exepted pears. Mix until a smooth paste. Add the pear pieces and place all in a mold.

4) Let cool and enjoy!

The lemon pie (2:45):

- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g butter

Ingredients:

For 4 person (s)
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 g peas
- 150 g bacon
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 20 cl milk cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Preparation:

1) Make solar preheat the oven with a pot.
2) Cut the onions into small pieces.
3) Put in the pot the onions and bacon. Add olive oil and cook for 1 hour around 150 ° C.
4) Add the remaining ingredients and cook 1 hour more around 150 ° C.
5) Enjoy!

Steam potatoes (2h):

Ingredients:
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 / 2 glass of water
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation:
1) Put the potatoes, water and salt in a small black pot, cover with lid and place in the solar oven to 150 ° C. 1:30
2) Enjoy!


Escalivades or vegetables salad (3:30):

Catalan recipe fully refreshing in summer! Goes well with a pie, quiche or a piece of meat.

Preparation:

For 6 person (s)
2 small zucchini
2 small eggplants
1 large green pepper (or several small)
1 large red pepper
2 onions
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

1) Put the solar oven to heat up to 150 ° C (30 min).
2) Wash and halve the zucchini, eggplant and onions and place in bottom of dish. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
3) Wash, remove seeds and cut peppers into strips and then lengthen the other vegetables, skin visible. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
4) Put the pot in the oven and let the sun working during 3 hours to around 150 °C leaving little efcape steam.
5) Remove the pot and let cool. Peller peppers (the skin comes away alone). Cut all vegetables into small pieces in a separate container without the juice and add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
6) Eat fresh!
